I thought that it was clean, the woman at the front desk was incredibly friendly, everyone was very helpful, and very informative. Would recommend anyone to go to Cross Roads.
I love the counselors here.. And of course the "brains" of the place, Ms. Candace... I mean she's simply AMAZING. If she can't do it (help), u don't need it! And the "brawn" ,Craig, the director. He went above and beyond to keep me n treatment. Not to mention to help me with my medication, even after my insurance lapsed. These people really care! They're the best in the biz. Josh my counselor, was also instrumental!! How easy to talk 2 him!! Luv these guys. Thanks.

I usually don’t have a problem and they always do a great job from the staff to the doctors but this week they switched me back from a month to two weeks saying that something was wrong with my urine sayin I’m not takin them write I kno there gotta be something wrong with the urine because I been sober since December and take them 3 times a day there’s no way it’s not coming up in my urine

Great staff, great people….. still don’t understand why this can’t be a form of pain management though, given it is the best pain management available. 10/10.. The staff make the place! People like Jason, Becky, Laura, there’s some new ones there that I don’t have their names, but they all treat you like family, that’s not something typically seen at a doctors office. Keep up the great work!……. It ask for a new review every month, well here’s an updated one, those people are like family, go find a better place to go for treatment, yea they’re don’t exist. This is a great place! As well as a huge reason people are finally getting their lifestyle back. Crossroads is a Guardian angel to our town. It’s the best thing to come there…….. need I say more, i wouldn’t be alive today if not for them

I’ve been in treatment for about 6 years now and it’s helped me in numerous ways. The staff which includes people at front desk, nurses, counselors, and the doctor are so kind and inspirational. They really listen and help any way possible. I’ve also learned through unfortunate circumstance that if you mess up you will be disciplined but encouraged not to give up; to stay strong and keep your head up. It’s been a great experience for me so far. I have my freedom back and that’s priceless. The staff at Crossroads are so caring and pleasant. I’m so glad I chose to get my life back through my higher power, God, and the Crossroads Treatment Center.
I did 4 stars bec they have gotten better! They have a new Doctor Who does her job smoothly respectively quickly! And it’s by for the best for methadone It’s made it quicker and easier to get to a stable dose to quit using drugs by far the quickest is just crazy by most other places have made it Impossible to get to There crossroads is only getting better with time ! But also it’s wt u get out of it ! U really wt to quiet then this only place!
