Join Crossroads to Transform Behavioral Health and Fight Substance Use Disorders

Crossroads understands that addressing substance use disorders (SUDs) requires a comprehensive, community-based approach. We offer outpatient treatment for opioid use disorder (OUD) and alcohol use disorder (AUD) in combination with care coordination, counseling and peer support.

By partnering with behavioral health and substance use disorder organizations, we provide individuals with the resources they need to achieve lasting recovery. If your organization or practice serves individuals impacted by addiction, we invite you to collaborate with us to improve health outcomes and access essential care. Behavioral and Mental Health Providers

Behavioral and mental health providers play a critical role in addressing the complex needs of individuals with SUD, yet many patients require specialized treatment beyond traditional therapy. According to the National Survey on Drug Use and Health, nearly 51 million Americans aged 12 and older had an SUD in 2023, but only about one in four (23.6% or 12.8 million people) received SUD treatment. Timely referrals can be lifesaving. Partnering with Crossroads ensures patients receive high-quality, compassionate care that improves their overall well-being and reduces the risk of relapse.

Detox Programs

Detox programs offer valuable support for individuals facing SUD, yet they may not suit everyone’s needs. Our collaboration with detox program providers gives patients an alternative path to SUD treatment. We receive many referrals from detox programs for individuals interested in medication-based recovery support. We are committed to ensuring patients receive comprehensive information and access to various treatment options.

Inpatient and Outpatient Programs

Crossroads is proud to partner with inpatient facilities and outpatient programs dedicated to SUD treatment. We understand that what works for one person may not work for another. Whether the patient is inpatient or outpatient and needs continued treatment, we are here to help every step of the way. Crossroads is a judgment-free zone and helps patients wherever they are in their recovery journeys.

Support Group Programs

We see the value in support group programs, such as Narcotics Anonymous. Whether or not a person uses medication to help maintain sobriety is a personal decision. However, according to the Pew Charitable Trust, using medication-based recovery support is the most effective intervention to treat SUD and is more effective than either behavioral interventions or medication alone. Medication-based recovery support significantly reduces opioid use compared with non-drug approaches.
