COVID-19 Impact

In light of the World Health Organization declaring a global pandemic related to the coronavirus, or COVID-19, we want to emphasize that protecting our ability to serve you as well as protect your safety and wellbeing – and that of our associates – is our highest priority.

Please know that we are working hard to monitor COVID-19 and the guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control, World Health Organization and other government agencies. As a healthcare provider, we follow extensive protocols to ensure the safety of our patients, team members and the community. During this time, we are taking additional precautionary measures within our treatment centers to continue to provide care to you in a safe manner, including screening patients for possible signs of infection.

We are committed to continuing to deliver these critical services during this challenging situation. All of our treatment centers and offices remain open and ready to serve you. If you have an appointment scheduled with your Crossroads care team, please proceed with your appointment unless you have been advised otherwise by your physician. We are also offering virtual appointments for TeleVisits starting April 4th. Patients can schedule an appointment by calling 1-800-805-6989 and pressing 2. Televisits allow you to have a virtual consultation with your regular provider from the comfort of your home and receive an electronic prescription for the appropriate dosages of Suboxone.

In the event of reduced staff availability or other critical issues, we are fully prepared to implement our Emergency Response Plan that will allow us to continue to serve you.

Please continue to take care of yourself and your family, follow protocols to wash hands frequently and inform your healthcare provider if you do not feel well.

If you have any questions, please call 1-800-805-6989, or reach out to your health care team.
