We offer Treatment Services for Opioid Use Disorder (OUD)
Crossroads has developed a program that combines medication and counseling to provide the most effective treatment for your addiction.
The medication you receive will manage your symptoms of withdrawal, and the counseling will support you once you’re ready to stop taking the medication. There are three phases to the course that will follow your progress.
Induction
This phase begins with your intake day and will generally last through your first month of treatment. You will meet with your counselor for follow-up sessions, education about treatment, and drug screening.
Early Recovery
Once medication stabilizes your withdrawal symptoms, you will begin to understand your addiction. You will discuss your triggers and map out your path to recovery.
Relapse Prevention & Stabilization
After roughly 12 months in treatment, you and your physician will begin tapering off your treatment medication and work on your after-care plan.
