No appointment needed. If you’re ready to start, we’re ready to help.
Meet with a provider, get evaluated, and begin treatment the same day you arrive.
We offer a variety of oral medications and long-acting injectables, including Methadone, Suboxone®, Subutex®, Sublocade®, Brixadi®, and Vivitrol® (Naltrexone). Your provider will work with you to determine which medication fits your needs.
Medication addresses the physical symptoms of opioid use disorder. Counseling addresses the rest — stress, trauma, triggers, relationships. Both matter.
You’re not just getting a prescription. You’re getting a team that helps you navigate insurance, connect with community resources, and stay on track with your recovery.
Who Our Mobile Opioid Treatment Serves
Our mobile treatment unit serves anyone in the Burnsville area who is struggling with opioid use disorder and needs treatment that fits into their life. This includes people who:
Live in rural areas far from traditional treatment centers
Lack reliable transportation
Work jobs with unpredictable schedules
Are caring for family members and can't leave for long periods
Have tried to get treatment before but couldn't make the distance work

What to Expect
Your first visit
Show up at our mobile unit during operating hours. You'll meet with one of our providers — either a doctor or nurse practitioner — who will talk with you about your current and past substance use, your withdrawal symptoms, your health, and your goals for recovery. If treatment is appropriate, you can start the same day.
Beginning treatment
We'll determine which medication works best for you, set up a dosing schedule for methadone or provide buprenorphine medications to you (oral or long-acting injectable), and connect you with counseling and care coordination.
Ongoing care
You'll return to the mobile unit on a schedule that works for your recovery. Early on, that might be daily or several times a week. As you stabilize, visits become less frequent. The goal is always the same: give you the support you need to build a life in recovery while staying connected to your job, your family, and your community.
Privacy and respect
We understand that privacy matters, especially in smaller communities. All treatment is confidential. We treat every person with the dignity and respect they deserve.
Insurance and Payment
We accept most major insurance plans. If you don't have insurance, we offer self-pay options. Our team can help make recommendations and connect you with Medicaid support if needed. Cost should not be the reason you don't get help — let's figure out what works for you.
