I have been a client of Crossroads for well over a year. I have only gotten the best service from their clinical team. They do their best to encourage me, helping me along this difficult process. I feel comfortable enough to be honest about my actions, thus helping me take another step forward in my recovery! I must admit I miss a lot of appts, and yet they continue to work with me in any way possible. I have received financial assistance for transportation to and from my appts...who DOES that?!?! And the care mgr actually remembers what we were discussing at my previous mtg. I think they have someone new now, and he is very kind and respectful so far. He seems to know what he's talking about. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!!

The worker's, including Dr. Cohen, are great at the Highland Park office. They are so professional. There are closer offices to where I live, but I choose to go there, because they are all great!
