Crossroads Hosts Roundtable with Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office

Recently, Crossroads Treatment Centers hosted the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s office at the North Broad Street Crossroads location in Philadelphia, PA. The attendees included Dave Sunday, Pennsylvania Attorney General and his team, and members of the Crossroads Treatment Centers leadership team: Rupert McCormac, Physician Founder & CEO, Tripp Wyle, CTO, Zac Rutherford, VP Government Affairs, and Branden Roberts, Senior Regional Director, Operations.

Crossroads is fortunate that the attorney general’s office is not only concerned with the opioid use crisis within Pennsylvania, but also that they ensure high-quality care for substance use disorder is available to Pennsylvanians.

“Dave Sunday and his team are demonstrating their commitment to eliminating the opioid crisis in Pennsylvania,” said Rupert McCormac, Physician Founder & CEO, “and we are eager to work closely with his office to help all residents of Pennsylvania have access to convenient, high-quality opioid use disorder treatment.”

The roundtable discussion included the Crossroads story and outcomes of our evidence-based approach to substance use disorder, how opioid abatement funds can be deployed to help patients, the challenges that prevent patients from pursuing or maintaining opioid use disorder treatment, and the danger posed by fentanyl and other opioids.
